Arrowpoint Technologies Plc (PLUS ticker-ARWP) announces that on 4 November 2009, Mr Santanu Nandy and
Mr Nirmal Kedia, both Directors of the Company, each sold 62,500 Ordinary Shares of 1p each at a price
of 13p per share.

These  sales were executed strictly in order to satisfy the requirement of the PLUS Rules for  Issuers
to  maintain  liquidity in the Company's shares and to ensure that there is an orderly market  in  the
Company's shares.

As  a  result  of the above sales the total Directors shareholdings now stand at 161,487,011  ordinary
shares representing 80.61% of the issued share capital.

The Directors of Arrowpoint are responsible for the contents of this announcement.
