                                              Issue of Equity

Kopane  Diamond Developments Plc has issued and allotted 1,333,989 new ordinary shares of 1p  each  in  the
Company pursuant to the exercise of warrants at a price of 10p per share. Application has been made to  the
London  Stock  Exchange  for  admission of the shares to trading on AIM and admission  is  expected  on  18
September 2009.

Following this exercise of warrants, the Company will have 221,445,272 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue.
